Keith Burgess – Managing Director Keith helped set up Global Reach Finance 3 years ago as he was frustrated with the lack of creative finance available whilst building his own property portfolio and when managing previous businesses. Keith has various qualifications in management along with broad information technology experience which enables him to manage the infra-structure and systems for Global Reach Finance, and his strong business acumen allows him to confidently deal with the contractual side of the business. Keith has a good understanding of all areas of the business but is most specialised in , whether it is helping clients with their first refurbishment project, or assisting experienced developers looking to fund larger sites. Gill Burgess – Finance Broker / Director Gill has extensive experience in portfolio purchase and refinance, and can structure deals for clients using any of the wide range of products that we can offer, but particularly looks after our department, and is proud to help our clients achieve their goals, whether it be capital appreciation or monthly income from buy to let property. Matt Hodgson – Finance Broker / Director Matt has been with Global Reach Finance since the company started in June 2004, and has been a fundamental part of its growth and success over the last 3 years. Matt co-founded a property networking club a year ago and also controls a bridging syndicate, so is very aware of the requirements of both the client and the lender when looking at finance solutions, particularly with regards to where he is able to place bridging deals with the best lender to meet the requirements of the client.
