Generous Commissions - Minimum Effort!
Different deals, lenders and products all pay different commissions, but what you earn from Global Reach Finance is simple!
With mortgages, we will pay you 50% of the procuration fee and broker fee
With bridging, deals you can set your own commission rates whether you want .5% or 2%, we will calculate the loan to include your fee
With loans, secured or unsecured, you will earn 50% of the commission and broker fee that we earn net of direct costs incurred
Whether you want to look after your client directly, or if we do all the work, you will still earn the same!
Without a completion, nobody gets paid!
